Kacper Kłos
Chief Executive Officer

From the very beginning of his career, Kacper has focused on digital channels. He started as a one-man army in a digital start-up that was later acquired by a network agency, at which point he became responsible for setting up global e-commerce structures and building digital & e-commerce business operations on a regional and local level.

Kacper has been managing teams in advertising agencies with a digital approach at heart for fifteen years. He was responsible for digitizing one of the biggest global advertising network agencies across Geneva and Moscow between 2013 and 2017, also managing one of the agency’s biggest international accounts in healthcare as a global digital lead.

In 2019, Kacper took charge of Brand New Galaxy, one of the fastest-growing holding companies in marketing and technology, going on to successfully manage BNG for 4 years. The agency started in 2017 with a handful of people, and by 2020 it was 500+ talent strong. From 2019, it gained new entities, increasing its marketing and technology competencies, expanding further into new geographies, and strengthening its physical presence. Kacper’s role since 2023 has been to scale BNG among Stagwell agencies and clients in the US, and to oversee the agency’s successful transformation into Assembly Digital Commerce.

As one of his colleagues says, Kacper is a “mission-impossible guy” – nobody is more comfortable in complex and challenging scenarios.

Malwina Wróblewska
Managing Partner

Malwina is a highly motivated and energetic digital marketing practitioner and leader, with over 15 years of experience in integrated digital projects and campaigns. She has worked for global clients and brands while at agencies including as Publicis Group, K2, as well as being Marketing & E-Commerce Director of two supplement brands. This saw her awarded as CMO of the year for sales and marketing in 2020/2021.

Malwina has built her experience in advertising, leading projects for clients like Coca-Cola, T-Mobile, Deichmann, Mondelez, Circle K, Discovery, McCormick and many others, quickly moving forward and integrating innovative tech solutions. In her last years in Publicis Group she was responsible for building a new stream for innovative Digital Media products sold to over 100 clients. Recipient of multiple awards – Effie, Mixx and a Mobile Trends Festival innovative solutions award. While leading brands as Marketing & E-commerce Director she achieved a 3-digit boost in sales results with her team. Malwina strongly believes in growing and coaching young talents, and always sharing her best experience.

Piotr Tomczuk
Head of Growth

Piotr is e-commerce passionate, with over nine years of experience in driving e-business growth for the world’s biggest CPG companies, including P&G, Mars, Coty, Bayer, and 3M. With his extensive expertise, Piotr excels at e-commerce transformation and brand building, helping brands unlock the full potential of e-commerce to effectively engage with consumers throughout the consumer journey.
He has been an integral part of Assembly Global Digital Commerce since day one. For six years, he successfully led the e-commerce Strategy department, built global, regional and local strategies for the agency’s key clients and played a pivotal role in shaping the agency’s offerings and long-term development roadmap.

Currently, Piotr holds the position of Head of Growth. He focuses on business development across entire Assembly Global Digital Commerce and Stagwell Network and provides strategic consultancy internally across the agency.
Piotr holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting, a Master’s degree in Psychology for Business, and a major in Human-Computer Interaction Design. This diverse educational background, combined with his extensive e-commerce experience, allows him to deliver value even in the most complex challenges.
Piotr’s private life revolves around his wife and daughters, as they are his greatest source of love, happiness, and motivation in life.

Tadeusz Żórawski
Head of Strategy

Senior strategy leader with nearly 30 years of international experience at the intersection of digital commerce, media, marketing transformation, and technology-enabled growth. As Head of Strategy at Assembly Global Digital Commerce, he works with global and regional clients to design and deliver scalable, insight-driven commerce and marketing strategies for complex, multi-market environments.

Throughout his career, Tadeusz has held executive leadership roles across leading global e-commerce and media agency networks, including Omnicom and IPG, where he served as Global eCommerce Strategy Director, Managing Director, and CEO. He has led strategy, operations, and growth initiatives for Fortune 500 brands across e-commerce, retail, CPG, pharma, financial services, telecom, and technology, operating across EMEA, North America, LATAM, and APAC.

Tadeusz combines deep strategic thinking with hands-on experience in building high-performing teams, developing proprietary strategic frameworks, and driving measurable business impact. His work has contributed to significant revenue growth, large-scale multi-market client wins, and substantial improvements in conversion and digital shelf performance through advanced commerce content and activation models.

In addition to his agency leadership roles, Tadeusz is the founder of SmartHuman, a series of conferences focused on the new economy, modern startups and scale-ups, digital growth, AI, and human-centric technology. He is also a lecturer, mentor, and frequent speaker at industry and academic forums, and has served as a jury member for leading marketing effectiveness awards including Effie and MIXX Europe.

A seasoned leader in digital operations and production, Magda brings nearly 20 years of international expertise across digital commerce, marketing transformation, and large-scale integrated delivery models. As Head of Delivery Excellence, she orchestrates both internal and external capabilities to ensure scalable execution, operational excellence, and seamless cross-market collaboration.

Magda pioneers cross-border resource planning and delivery solutions that power commerce and media initiatives through AI-driven data and technology. Her efforts accelerate digital-first brand experiences and drive measurable business outcomes across complex, multi-market environments.

Over the last several years, Marlena has adeptly navigated the ever-evolving landscape of the e-commerce industry. She’s guided industry giants, including Coty, Mars, Royal Canin and Carlsberg through transformative global e-commerce initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders across the globe, particularly in Europe and North America.

A dedicated member of the Assembly DC family since its inception as BNG, Marlena currently holds the position of Managing Partner. In this capacity, she spearheads key agency-client relationships, propelling their global e-commerce success stories.

Outside the boardroom, Marlena is a passionate traveler, a proud mom to two feline companions, and a happy wife.

Throughout his career, he has led Client Service teams and multidisciplinary units delivering communication strategies, creative concepts, digital campaigns, websites, and a wide range of omnichannel projects. He is skilled in building effective business collaboration models and scalable solutions that respond to the evolving needs of business partners.

He has worked with global, regional, and local brands, including Mastercard, Lidl, Duracell, Microsoft, Nokia, Netflix, and Uber, among many others. The projects delivered by Piotr and his teams have been recognized at major industry awards such as Effie Europe, Effie Poland, Cannes Lions, Red Dot, iF Design, and KTR.

Piotr is strongly focused on delivering solutions that drive measurable business results while creating a positive impact on the world around us. He firmly believes that digital has the power to shape reality and contribute meaningfully to positive change. Head of Experience Design

Adam Stam is a graphic designer with over 15 years of experience working in the advertising and technology industries. For the past 5 years, he has been managing the Design department at Assembly Global Digital Commerce (originally as part of the Spacecamp agency), executing a wide range of projects for global clients.

Previously, as an Art Director at Saatchi & Saatchi IS, he led graphic design work on large web projects in collaboration with various offices in the network. His particular interests lie in web and UI design, and he strives to ensure that his team’s projects not only look great but also achieve their business goals effectively.

Adam has completed dozens of international and regional digital and communication projects, including those introducing new services and products. Over the past decade, he has worked with brands from various industries such as Pharma (Bayer, Polpharma, GSK, Novartis), Finance (Mastercard, Santander, Credit-Agricole, ADCB Bank), Retail (Żabka, Selgros, Jeronimo Martins, IKEA), Beauty (P&G: Old Spice, Gillette, Blend-a-Med, Head&Shoulders; COTY: Wella, Bourjois), Telecom (T-mobile, Heyah), NGO (Kasisi Foundation, Dobra Fabryka), Consumer electronics (Legrand, Duracell), and Tobacco (British American Tobacco).
